I know everybody is now aware of the importance of fiber in our body.  It helps us digest the food that we take in.   That would mean if foods are properly digested then we also get 100% the nutrients from the food that we eat.   But do you know how to determine if we have enough fiber in our diet?

Here’s something that everybody should know.

One nutritionist said that you should pay attention when you go to the bathroom.  Look before you flush!!!

If your stool floats, you have enough fiber!

If your stool sinks, you need to eat more fiber!

If you fart a lot, you have too much fiber in your diet!

So that’s  how to determine the amount of  fiber we have taken.   Next time take a look before you flushhhh

The death of the former South Korea President Rog Moo-hyun who committed suicide in the face of corruption scandal has given me the impression on how Korean government officials are noted for their high sense of honor. Unlike the government officials of my country who will deny to death the accusations of corruption despite strong evidence. They will resort to all means, legal or non legal, to shake off charges of wrongdoing. These are shameless, thick-faced government officials who happily carry on unruffled while facing grave charges of corruption. The filipino people suffered a lot because of these unscrupulous government officials. No matter how the media exposed their anomaly, they stood still feeling unaffected. I just can’t understand why they are like that. Mr. Rog, no matter whether he is guilty or not has shown to his constituents that he is still honorable. In contrast, these filipino corrupt officials were even more powerful after being charged. The story of Dr. Jose Rizal is now repeating itself substituting the friars with the Filipino Government Authorities. During the time of J. Rizal, every victim of political persecution had left a retraction couched in such language that its spontaneousness was always questions. The one dictated for J. Rizal was no exemption. At present whistle blowers are offered money/money generating positions in the government in exchange of their retraction. More so if you maintain your stand, expect that something bad will happen to you.   How evil these people are!!!
