As I am sitting here in my office reading an online article about affirmation, one technique that I have read about positive affirmation is Journaling. It is the process of regularly writing your thoughts, your dreams, milestones, events and feelings down on paper. There are many different kinds of journal you can choose to keep but it is a powerful process that provides the opportunity to explore things in a measured way. It can also be fun to look back and discover how far you have come! I am thinking of practicing this technique or method by using my blog site. So today am writing my positive affirmation and lets see if it works……
1. Two months from now my online bf will visit me.
2. I will receive a court order granting my petition to free me from my married status.
3. My finances is secured and growing.
4. I am happier in my second marriage.
5. My family are physically healthy now.
6. I will get a long vacation in September 2009.
7. I will drive my own car by December 2009.
8. I am successful in my work as an HR.
There it is, I cant think of anything else to write. I choose to limit it first to 8 events. I will tell you next time what’s the result to this Journal Affirmation Method that I am trying.
